      At DMI I worked closely with digital agencies, universities & colleges and training companies to help them launch industry validated digital marketing certifications.In this role, I worked both inbound and outbound leads, communicating directly with C level decision makers to understand their business, identify training challenges and provide solutions to improve their performance. Through a consultative approach, a structured qualifying process and (a good bit of love) by offering genuine solutions, I have consistently overachieved on my targets. Achievement: Manager’s Spotlight Award -I got this award for breaking our sales records in Q3 2019. I did it again in Q4 2019. Projects: OnBoarding - I lead a project to redesign the OnBoarding process that we had in place for new Partners joining the DMI Partner Network. As a result of this project, our OnBoarding and partner Activation period has been reduced by 70%, allowing new partners to enjoy a smoother and quicker set up. Product Development - Content Hub: This is a new product and revenue stream I have created for DMI with the help of our IT and Operations team. The DMI Content Hub is an extension of DMI’s learning management system allowing our partners to deliver our content online. It has a simple setup and maintains all of the state of the art UX and UI, functionality and practicality of our system, in a co-branded approach. Market Sizing - This is a project I worked in partnership with another colleague, whereby we have identified the top markets for the DMI License team, in terms of opportunities for all the different aspects of our business.
