Shilpa worked in Grofers as a Senior Executive in the Operations Department ensuring timely and cost-effective order cycle fulfillment while meeting the quality requirements. She also managed supply risk related to regulatory issues, product availability, and specifications while maintaining the service level requirement on Freshdesk. She was the part of the App improvement team (launched in January’16) which worked to add order customization features on the app leading to improved user experience and data categorization at the order source. Shilpa, with her team, works to bring out different nuances and updates in the Marketing sector to the other students. Vicarana is the flagship event of MDI Murshidabad. It is the annual corporate talk series conducted every year where delegates from different sectors are invited to provide insights into the corporate world and its happening to the students. Vicarana'18 was organized in the month of November where Shilpa was a part of the Core-Committee and was responsible for the supervision of the event and coordinating the functions among various teams.
