      JokerPoker ltd. is a gaming startup with its own product development. We developed a gaming platform from scratch with 10 types of gaming content (online poker). My area of responsibility is the creation of an attractive software product based on analysis of the market and competitors. Within this task: * Project economics management;* Formation and coordination of Delivery team; * Collecting feedback from users through interviews and hypothesizing product development; * Development of a project based on metrics about user behavior.
