  My role here involved leading the sales team on the ground for building up CASA and Fixed Deposit base for Jaipur Branch of Jana Small Finance Bank. I am glad that I was able to tap in to this internal job posting in the organization as the experience and learnings from it were overwhelming.   As Lead District Coordinator for Jaipur chapter, I was responsible for organising and arranging for stakeholders from various NBFC-MFI's to come on a common platform and lead a diligent discussion on various challenges being faced from field and regulators and submit the compiled minutes with suggestions to MFIN for further planning and forming guideline framework. Please note that this was not a full time job, as every micro finance company has to send their representatives in the Mfin meeting I was nominated by my management to join these meetings. It aims to work towards a robust development of micro finance sector and reaching out to 233 million unbanked customers in India by promoting responsible lending, client protection, supportive regulatory environment and good governance.
