      Working on a project related to the bioremediation, to check the environmental pollution. The indigenous microbes were used to carry out the bioreduction of the industrial and mining wastes. The microbial characterization was performed by using different microbiological techniques. Protein extraction from the bacterial cultures were done in order to check the bioreduction with the cell free extracts.
