      I have gained a reputation of being able to get an understanding of peoples commercial problems (usually centred around a potential commercial dispute) and providing the client a range of lawful investigative solutions. I am a qualified Level 3 Professional Investigator and Paralegal. I started the business in 1995 and am proud of the professional team of people working alongside me. Tremark are certificated to both BS102000 (The Provision of Investigative Services) and ISO9001 (Quality Management) accreditations. In 2010, I formed Tremark ASP a separate business to offer Process Agent services in the UK for overseas clients.I am also a former President of the Association of British Investigators (ABI), MICM, and a member of R3.I recently re-joined the board of the ABI.
