  I worked for the largest management company (Ross Morgan and Company) in California for over 5 years where I helped run operations and provide training for over one hundred employees. My experience and expertise was used to oversee the day to day operations of the company. I am a member of the Community Association Institute and have my CMCA and AMS license and I am currently pursuing my PCAM license which is the highest certificate that can be attained in the industry. I have an extensive background in HOA law. I have won several construction defect cases along with several ADR cases where a quick and expedient resolution was found.
