System was implemented in five international territories.As Manager, Domestic Theatrical • Conducted analysis and co-managed team to implement a theatrical data warehouse using Informatica and Microstrategy. The intranet application housed box office data and provided reports for domestic theatrical box office gross and media expenditures. • Led team to create extranet site for order and distribution of licensable non-theatrical product. Features included online order processing, a content management system and an administration module.
