      Senior Manager

I worked in the Operational Restructuring team and assist clients with cost reduction, cash management, working capital improvement and project management of change / turnaround initiatives. We deliver operational turnaround by assessing the situation and identifying opportunities for improvement, working with stakeholders to create an action plan for the implementation of identified opportunities and rolling up sleeves and supporting management with hands-on implementation. I started at PwC in Birmingham, spending the majority of my time performing external audits for local clients. I worked on a range of small and large clients in a variety of different industries. From there I moved to the technical Assurance Risk and Quality department in London. This involved supporting the audit practice with a number of challenges and problems faced, including risk management issues and developing quality methodology. I am an ICAEW Qualified Chartered Accountant. I have had the opportunity to work in a number of different areas at PwC and broaden my skills and experiences in both commercial and technical roles. I have worked with a wide range of clients of varying sizes covering several industry sectors. Show less
