  I was occupied through accounting labour agreement at Public Gas Company of Greece (DEPA SA) at the Accounting Dept. and worked in SAP R/3 environment. My main task was tax issues (VAT, Intrastat regime), assets, invoices data entry, vendors and customers account agreement and took part in many inner-company seminars. I quitted due to army obligations. Occupied at Public Gas Company Of Greece (DEPA SA) at the Accounting Dept. and trained at the SAP R/3 software mainly in the invoice data entry.

  Supervised a team of 3 employees with main responsibility the cost accounting of goods (both merchandised and produced), the accounting observation of all tax branches of the Group and the monthly emission of various reports based on the specifications of the management team. Furthermore I was responsible of the emission, agreement and assignment of the monthly VAT statement. Through my guide ness 3 colleagues of mine were mainly responsible for the data entry of the invoices. In this scope I was refering myself to the Accounting Manager of the Group. Show less My main job was the accounting observation of the company’s goods, the accounting import of the goods in the company’s books as well as the data entry of all the invoices concerning the cost of goods. In addition to that I prepared the intra-community Intrastat and VIES regime. I was also responsible of the monthly agreement of all the bank accounts with the accounting books and the yearly agreement and printing of the inventory of the goods of all the branches. The first semester I participated in the implementation the new SAP R/3 ERP, as well as the the training of the staff of the Accounting Dept. due to the fact that i was the only one from all the Finance team that had previous SAP experience.
