Initially employed as the Business Manager she was promoted to Associate Director of Finance & Operations in late 2014.Kylie has been able to negotiate financial savings across the business. Since working at Preston Rowe Paterson, Kylie has managed the business through relocation, managed critical software implementation such as Yardi Voyager®, set up a regional property management site office; been involved in the recruitment of key senior staff and collaborated on tender submissions for large property management, valuation and advisory work.
