  ~ 2G/3G/4G Radio Network Optimization: - LTE single site and cluster verification acceptance (PCI MOD 3 collision detection, Overshooting cell, Throughput and SINR improvement, Events Fails analysis using Actix…) - Monitoring & improvement GSM/HSPA/LTE Radio Network Statistics on daily basis. - Optimization of network based on coverage and capacity requirement. - Improvement Worst Cell List base on KPI criteria. - Missing neighbors (2G&3G&4G) detection. - Strategic Planning of Scrambling Code and Neighbor declaration for better Performance of the Network. - Parameters & KPI definition~ 2G/3G/4G Radio Network Planning: - Technical site surveys for macro and micro site (Site location, antenna type and height, Azimuth, Tilt recommendation) - Coverage prediction of Sites using ASSET. - UMTS/GSM site planning by defining related parameters: CPICH power, BCCH, BSIC, HSN, and MAIO planning, Neighbor-list tuning.... - Radio Frequency & Neighbors planning for new sites and Expansion Frequency for existing sites. - 2G Frequency Plan, 3G Scrambling Code Plan,4G PCI Planning - Analyze drive test reports and check if there are problems in new deployed sites. Tools: M2000, PRS, MapInfo, ASSET (AIRCOM ®), OSIRIS, Actix Analyzer Show less
