  Audit:- Provide requisite information to external auditors (Big 4) and internal auditors.- Preparation of consolidated annual financial statements on Audit format in compliance with IFRS- Supervise the audit of the foreign subsidiaryTaxation:- Review of Annual Zakat and Income Tax return.- VAT preparation/completion review and submission of VAT returns- VAT advisory role to the Company on the VAT implications of transactions, and inform the Company of the VAT issues and legislation changes- Provide VAT training across the Company, Appraise and mentor the VAT accountantBudgeting:- Coordination in development of annual budgets and its control Corporate Compliance:- Strive for corporate compliance through proactive coordination will lawyers and related stakeholders.Cost Accounting & Inventory Management:- Overall management and reporting of inventory (both SAJA and SAJA’s inventory at vendors) including inventory count- Allocate costs of existing products, new products and R&D projects using the more then one costing method.Financial Reporting:- Ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements are prepared in sync with IFRS.- Analyze corporate records, inventory balances and accounts receivables and report key areas of concern to the senior leadership with recommendations for improvement and value addition.- Review of Financial statement of Foreign SubsidiaryFixed Assets Management:- Assure that all acquisitions, disposals and cost allocations are completely and accurately reported in the books.- Conduct physical stock counts at regular intervals as a preventive measure against misreporting and leakages.ERP Management:- Assist the IT department on matters pertaining to the functioning of Oracle E-Business Suite and implantation of new projects from Finance prospective.Investments:- Financial analysis and recommendation on projects for investment to the senior leadership that have the wherewithal to maximize stakeholder value.
