Since 2008 in the state of New Hampshire, I have been a Professional Development trainer, assisting K-12 teachers in the implementation of Course Learning Managements Systems. This also includes how to effectively engage and assess students, using competency-model and then showcasing student work via portfolios for other academic institutions or employers to view.
