   Accountable for design and execution of workover, abandonment and restoration of wells on land using Hydraulic Workover Unit, in liaison with multiple stakeholders, partners and government regulatory authorities in accordance with all company HSE, technical, operational, contractual and financial/standard requirements through reviewing opportunities for resource optimization to achieve operational cost and time efficiency consistent with Industry leading standards. Manage all HWU contracts by interfacing with Supply chain management, vendors, government and Joint venture partners to ensure compliance to agreed terms and conditions of the contracts. Review and validate all programs for execution, identify and mitigate risks, organize Technical assurance sessions and provide health, safety and environmental leadership to deliver all projects <20% Non-Productive Time (NPT). Accountable for identification of performance improvement opportunities in order to achieve GAP to potential target of 120%.
