      Owned the roll out and training of a new CRM system used by over 120 colleagues in 9 locations across the US. To drive adoption, I developed a new management information reporting system which measured UK company trade successes and US company investments in the UK. Collaborated with senior management team to produce in depth data reports against targets to track progress.While working full time Monday to Friday, I studied during evenings and weekends to achieve my Diploma in International Business from Cambridge University.       Driving E.ON’s ambition to be digital first. I created our first internal communications digital strategy focusing on culture, engagement, innovation and analytics. I lead a team of four to deliver our ambitious goals.Successfully launched a social collaboration and communication platform, bringing together the tools colleagues needed to do their job with the social features they’re used to in their home life – ensuring E.ON is seen as a innovative and digital led organisation. We’re now working on improving our social maturity within E.ON with 75,000 colleagues across 15 countries.Maximise current tools while innovating exciting digital tools that benefit our Internal Communications team and the wider business.
