The purpose of the program was to create the best possible conditions for the staff to be able to deliver the products with significantly higher quality.The program encompassed changed tools and processes, but above all a changed attitude and working method across the entire development department's operations. The program comprised 4 sub-projects/value streams where each area works independently within defined limits. In 2019, the project covers approximately 55,000 hours and a total of about 150 people in Sweden and Sri Lanka are involved to varying degrees.Since this project is strategic, reporting has also been made to the company's board of directors in addition to traditional follow-up to the steering group and line. I also worked within the framework of the project to train and strengthen the various group leaders as well as raise awareness about change management in general among leaders at different levels.My responsibility and work in the project was to:* plan, manage and follow up the work of the program group,* delegate, coach and follow up the work in each sub-project,* plan, report and lead meetings with the steering committee,* write monthly reports to the board,* estimate time and resource consumption,* disseminate information within and outside the project,* educate in change management,* coaching individuals and groups in the change process,* generate interest and enthusiasm for the improvement work Show less My first assignment at Cambio was to run two parallel feasibility/pre-studies.One of the feasibility studies was to develop the basis for a development project that would move market-specific functionality to the standard product, while at the same time updating and renewing the functionality to meet today's requirements. The project included about 25 representatives from the customer group.The second feasibility study aimed to increase the usefulness of some central views in the system.
