Worked continuously through high school and into college and secured a position as Civilian Dispatcher. Later, I was promoted to Patrolman and years later promoted to Captain. I retired from Dover PD in June of 2006.

  Police Officer, Public Information Officer, School Resource Officer: A very short, but extremely rewarding career at Mesquite PD. I started in June of 2006 after retiring from Dover PD. I became more involved at the PD as the years progressed and served the department as the Public Information Officer and the School Resource Officer for Virgin Valley high school. I retired from Mesquite PD in August 2011 and returned to Ohio due to family illness reasons. This remains a very progressive department and continues to be at the top of the law enforcement profession. Show less

  Pre-Sentence Investigation Writer: I served officially as a Probation officer for Community Corrections Program through Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court. My actual position was to write the pre-sentence investigation reports, which were forwarded to the Court for their review prior to sentencing.

  Due to restructuring at Mercy, my position has been abolished as of 10/13/17. I was the Director of Security at Mercy Medical Center in Canton, OH. We always did our best to protect the patients, guests, visitors and employees at Mercy Medical Center. The security force at Mercy remains poised to aid and assist all those who are in need, whether they be patients, guests or employees at Mercy. I was responsible for maintaining the fleet of vehicles owned and operated by Mercy Medical Center. The fleet includes security vehicles, courier vehicles, plant & engineering, campus bus transportation and other vehicles utilized by different departments within Mercy Medical Center. Show less
