  All Chemical analysis of Hydro & Pyro Metallurgy of Lead, Zinc & its by product with Pollution Control Joined as Lab Assistant in 1982 at Zinc Smelter,Debari & transferred to Rampura Agucha Mines as Engineer (Environment Protection & Pollution Control) & opt VRS from Chanderiya Lead Zinc Smelter, Chittorgarh in 2003 Analysis of Blend, Zinc ash, Zinc dross, Pb dross, Cu. dross etc. Complete analysis of Rock Phosphate, Super Phosphate & Phosphoric Acid. Analysis of all intermediates products of Zinc, Lead, Cadmium & Silver processing plant. S, So2, So4 & H2So4 analysis. And inform immediately to plant people to control the process. Maintain the inventory of Chemical & Glassware Metal analysis like, Ni, Co, Cd, Pb, Zn, Cu, Sb, Cu, Mn, Ag, Mg. etc. Two year working at Chemicure ( Pharmaceutical Company)Environment & Pollution control :-Water monitoring and complete analysis of Raw water, Treated water, Drinking water, Soft water, DM water, STP water, Well water, Piezometric water & Leachate analysis as per Pollution Control Board. ETP water analysis.  Air monitoring : Ambient air, Stack monitoring, So2, NOx, SPM, RPM .  sound monitoring and Soil Analysis. Blood Lead analysis. Toxicity test of Lead and Cadmium. (LC 50 ,Acute & Chromic toxicity tests.) Sound Knowledge of EMP, EIA. . Good knowledge of Environment Legislation. Hazardous waste type & its management, Transportation. Environment Audit. Air concent, Water concent,. . COD, BOD, Dissolved Oxygen analysis. Stack monitoring. The total material manufactured in Company is tested & assured with Quality as per standard.• 92 type of Quality Talc produced.• Material received from our own mines & purchase by outside party tested as per standard & supplied for manufacturing the various type of talc.• Maintain the report of every truck of Incoming crude blending.• Keeping the 360 degree Brand experience of Talc- providing all solutions by offering customer service by attending customer complaint.• Managing a team of 10 chemist and motivating team members to improve QA & CCRD.
