      This position gave me the amazing opportunity to share both my Knowledge of and enthusiasm for Washington, DC with both visitors from all over the World and local Washingtonians. I would lead groups of visitors on DC By Foot's "More than Monuments Tour," as well as host school groups on their visit to DC.The More than Monuments tour was a publicly scheduled tour where I would lead anywhere from 4 to 74 people on a 2 hour walking tour of the monuments and memorials of the National Mall. In these two hours, I would present the story of America's Capital City from its founding days to the present day D.C., sharing both history and culture in an exciting and interesting way.
