  Summary of duties & Responsibilities: * Processing of Incoming and Outgoing files on the Base II System. * Processing of different files received from the member banks. (e.g. payments, balance files, bridge files, exchange rates….etc.) * Running encoding and embossing processes at cut-off time. * Running EMV Data Preparation profiles. * Performing End Of Day - End Of Month - End Of Year * Organizing the transferring of the EOD files and reports to the Banks. 2-Regular Duties : * Open Business day. * Import Exchange rate of previous day and updating it if necessary. * Loading payment files or balance files. * Performing Start of Day procedures (Import data from Online and loading extract file) * Generating embossing files or loading DBF files for new cards. * Performing encoding and embossing on Card Factory. * Updating card status by DAT files on Card Management System * Data preparation and sending data base files for personalization bureaus or client banks. * Exporting EDC Reports and unloading outgoing file after deleting duplicated transactions. * Performing End of Day procedures (loading incoming files and updating issuer data) and generating EOD reports. 3. Job Context: * Needs to apply the procedures and standards * This job needs to comply with Company policies, procedures and the industry and card association standards. 4.
