  Strategy, return policies, and connection with the diaspora

  Volvemos was founded in 2016 with a clear purpose: to facilitate the return of Spanish emigrants after an international experience and strengthen their connection with the diaspora. To achieve this, we work with emigrants and returnees, public administrations, and companies. Through our work, we have built new narratives around migration, highlighting the value of international experience, promoted the inclusion of return policies in the Spanish and European public agenda, and designed solutions that address the real needs of those who wish to return.To date, we have collaborated with 21 public administrations at the local, regional, and national levels in Spain and other European countries, providing expertise in the research, design, implementation, and evaluation of return policies. We offer consulting, technology, communication, and training solutions tailored to each context, always with a strong focus on social impact and the value of the diaspora.Additionally, we develop migration-related research projects such as Mentes Migrantes, focused on migration psychology, and RemotEU, which aims to regulate remote work at the European level.Our goal is to turn return into a real opportunity for both individuals and society by recognizing the value of the diaspora and promoting policies that facilitate their integration and active participation upon their return.
