Head of network support & development

Member of Senior Management Team after joining the UK-wide organisation to work on quality assessment processes and then enhancing the membership offer, reporting to CEO and the Board. Led a team supporting Accreditation and service development through a period of growth and expanding influence during which membership and the number of accredited Foyers achieved greatest reach, providing a strong platform for delivering several programmes to Foyer services nationally and abroad. Edited and produced reports, publications and funding applications, and developed wider engagement in the Foyer network. Became lead consultant on quality assurance for the piloting and early implementation of initiatives and from that role extended into freelance activities with other agencies. Show less
