  BackgroundAt 2003, Indonesian population already reach about 200 millions people, with growing rate up to 1.5%. While Indonesia consisted by many islands (resulting narrow space capacity), the condition was getting worse by horizontal settlement policy. So-called, 'Komunitas Mahasiswa S3 (PhD) Indonesia' With > 1500 members (now > 3700) in Fb, and > 250 in WhatsApp,they keep collaborating in order to share their idea, to give peer-to-peer support, exchange experience, and also update the information they got from each country where they live/study. Several virtual activities in order to help their study progress as well as to maintain their mental health, esp. for the last year of Ph.D. students, are on the highlight.Virtual coworking space involves Multinational Ph.D. students (in Austria) and him (in Indonesia) was held intensely in response to the global pandemic situation (Link-1).These experiences are the key competency that exposes Arko to present the result in a (global) virtual conference on teaching and distance learning (Link-2), Montpellier - France, 2021.Start from September 2021, Arko was enrolled to be one among 34 Mentors for the Ph.D. students in the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada, in Indonesia (Link-3).
