  I currently have around 65 members of staff report into myself made up of 4 Teams of advisers and their Team Managers with contrasting experience and ability levels. I support them in ensuring that they are delivering outstanding service to clients as well as meeting key KPIs. The position is a sales based role and so an important role I play within my team is to monitor the advisers' and Team sales performances and provide training and support to help them improve their level of performance and quality of the advice they provide our clients. This is done through creating accurate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis providing accurate figures for both advisors and higher management on performance and quality levels. In addition, I conduct one to one reviews with Team Managers to allow for regular discussion on performance and general happiness. Within my role I have also assisted in the recruitment of new members of the team via an interviewing process. I do also work closely with Key Partners of L&C developing relationships between ourselves and other businesses to help ensure all of our clients get the best possible outcomes. This also involves, looking at and adapting internal processes to help boost referral numbers to our 3rd Parties and assist in achieving the customer outcome we are striving for. Show less
