      Mr. Bowles managed a number of IS/IT projects reducing costs and improving operating efficiency for front line healthcare workers. The voice recognition project, utilizing Nuance's Dragon Medical, allowed physicians to dictate clinic notes and distribute these directly to family physicians within minutes of the patients appointment ending saving the organization approximately $3M per year. To reduce the reliance on paper records and lean processes for Cancer Patient Registration, IBM Process Mapping software was used to automate processes simplifying the booking and prioritization of cancer patients needing a consultation before treatment.
