  As a marketer I had to look for new customers (commercial prospection), and I participated to widen the range of services offered by the company.As an underwriter I was in charge of the commissions (for private agents and brokers ) but also of the renewal of insurance policies. I also took care of entering and modifying the data of new customers into a specific software, as well as the preparation of the certificates of insurance and stickers.

  As an intern in Logistics, my mission were the followings:-Daily and weekly report of the fleet activities-Managing the distribution of oil: Management of the fleet of 200 oil trucks, management of the 300 drivers, daily organisation of the missions and destinations of the vehicles, Maintenance, geolocalisation and follow up of the vehicles on the road, and all side activities linked to the position (contracts, insurance, financial reports on costs reduction). As in intern in Sales and Operations, my missions were the followings:-Procurement of the product from the Supplier in England-Management of the stocks for gas stations and company's fleet,-Weekly reports on stocks-Transmission of the needs in terms of vehicle to the Logistics Manager, depending on the orders...-Client management (Gas stations, Contruction industry companies...)-Establishment of transit documents for the trucks.
