  I was mainly involved in the creation of process flow charts and next to that I also participated in a number of (Financial) audit assignments. My longest project was at GAK (UWV)- Amsterdam and I also had some shorter projects at RDW Zoetermeer/Veendam and the 'Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management' in the Hague.

  I create clear, actionable reports and dashboard for various areas and levels within my company, by making use of a range of visualization tools like Sap Analytics Cloud (SAC Enterprise) and its embedded versions for S/4 HANA and Successfactors. Besides the SAC applications I also enjoy working with PowerBI. IT is my work environment, which is convenient for quickly obtaining new system connections, access and authorizations for myself as well as for the end users. The internal customers approach me from various areas of the company. In my view the most important aspect of a new reporting project is to thoroughly understand the purpose of the requested report. Customers may already have a picture in their mind of the end product, but by understanding the purpose well, I can exceed their expectation by offering a better alternative. During the process, it is also key to have a good feedback loop in place to keep the process going in the right direction. Besides the data visualization I also assist the internal IT S/4 HANA Cloud consultant, where my Finance background and experience with implementation projects comes in handy. Show less During my years in AOC Finance I have gained experience in the areas of Accounting, Annual Accounts, Payroll, Process improvements and leadership, to name a few. Gradually I got more and more curious about the systems and tooling that support the business processes and got myself familiar with how it all works. The focus shifted more and more toward creating operational and managerial reporting with the various tools that we have at hand at AOC. Reporting turned out to be a subject that really brings me a lot of energy as it triggers my creativity which, at the same time, I need to balance with certain reporting standards in order to get easily understandable reports.
