      Project Name: Rapid Frac Modeling - History Matching Development(1) Explored different derivative-free optimization methods in an automated history matching workflow utilized in hydraulic fracturing simulations. (2) The effectiveness for methods such as Genetic Algorithm and ML-based Bayesian optimization were studied and benchmarked against the baseline.(3) Studied feature importance to identify important model parameters using XGBoost on forward model after performing hyperparameter tuning with hyperopt. (4) Modified the existing workflow written in python and utilized appropriate libraries to perform the study. Show less
