  Management of the Economics and Commerce Student Society at UWA.Responsible for a complete and ongoing re-brand of the committee and it's structure, changes include:- New brand image (logo, website, etc.)- Overhaul of internal reporting and event management structures - towards the direction of proper governance- Addition of the Women in Business portfolio- Addition of the Orientation Director- Addition of the Events Aid- Re-structure of the International portfolio and addition of the two-director system, and international sub committee - Re-structure of the Postgraduate Director's role and the establishment of a discipline subcommittee- Re-structure of the roles and responsibilities relative to the Communications officer position, and the change of name to Marketing Director- The addition of two more fresher representatives, and introduction of formal roles and responsibilities - ensuring continuity of the society and it's ethos from the bottom up- Introduction of a formal training course for committee members relative to their role Show less
