Aug 2015 - Aug 2021Xsolla is a world leading game commerce platform, serving over 2,000 game developers and publishers with its solutions for payments, monetization, and distribution across 200+ countries.I coordinated a 40+ person product team to achieve strategic goals, focusing on OKRs, process optimization, and new business opportunities.Achievements:— Delivered an 8% revenue growth through cross-functional initiatives, partnering with companies like Take2, Wizards of the Coast, EGS, and Roblox. Each implementation required joint actions of at least 5 commands which I was in direct charge of;— Increased active partners by 10% by developing a comprehensive product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, and optimizing post-launch performance including publishing platform, mobile app, documentation, self-service platform. Self-service PLG loop allowed to attain additional 23,7% of new merchants;— Grew revenue by +4% (millions of dollars) - via division of products into 5 core business units, prioritization of resources towards most profitable products, and active participation of product managers in clients integrations. I managed to reorganize 5 teams within the new streams and gain extra profitability acquired by the new bets. The key challenge was in streamlining the efforts of 12 studios towards OKRs;— Soft-launched VKplay, a platform with 8M MAU, integrating a game store, streaming, esports, and gaming news, ensuring a seamless user experience via collaboration with UX teams. The business core is similar to eBay but with more accent on a marketplace component. At Avito I led 5 teams to improve user experience in logistics, drove strategic initiatives, developed B2B efforts, implemented growth hacking strategies, and innovated delivery options.Achievements:— Acquired 14% YoY growth in B2B revenue (millions of dollars) by reassessing 12 core vertical initiatives (i.e., affiliate program for sellers, loyalty programme for buyers) and developing a cross-department strategy, including the introduction of seller delivery service;— Achieved a 2% YoY revenue growth by establishing a data-driven Growth Hacking process with the average success rate of 41%, integrating Logistics, Marketplace, and Fintech teams to enable seamless User Experience and increase CSAT to 8.7;— Secured an 8% increase in logistics deals by launching ML&AI-driven products like Delivery Recommendations and leading API integrations for Avito’s delivery service including Avito’s own delivery services system that managed over 2000 merchants.
