  *Transformed a struggling account for Sodexo at Liberty University that was going out to bid. Redesigned the operations, structures and standards resulting in a new extended 5-year contract. Increased annual revenues from $20 million to $30 million in 3 years. *Supervised the renovation of the resident dining hall at Liberty University and increased the dining platforms from 9 to 22 over the past 3 years.*Increased the retail brands on campus at Liberty University from 13 to 23 brands over the past 3 years. *Co-developed a customized in-house Wood Fire Pizza Company retail concept.
