  Leading the Credit and Loan Servicing department at Park View FCU. Offering oversight to Consumer Lending programs and underwriting as well as Mortgage, Business, and Commercial loan underwriting and analysis. Assist with underwriting, analysis, and decisions on Consumer, Business, and Mortgage loans. Oversee Park View's non-branch channels and the Consumer Lending program. I manage a team of Member Advisors in Park View FCU's Contact Center. We serve as the electronic and phone based branch of the Credit Union. We open and close accounts, service existing accounts, work with Consumer Lending, Home Equity Lines of Credit, and assist members with our online services. In September 2016 I added Consumer Lending Leader to my list of responsibilities. This involves both maintaining and advancing the consumer lending program at PVFCU. As Head Teller I worked with the Branch Manager to lead the team of Tellers and MSRs in day to day responsibilities. I served as supervisor in the Branch Manager's absence and was responsible for working with situations that fell outside normal practice or procedures.
