  I have managed the construction of three G+9 buildings with a covered area of one block 106,300 SQ. Ft. and the cost of each block was Rs.278 million, Led the construction of Electric Substations, Water Filtration Plant, constructed culverts for drainage, Road finishes incl. pavers and Handover finished apartments to allottee officers. Duties:• Inviting and processing tenders. In the next stage that is after winning the project, my responsibility is to prepare a detailed bar bending schedule for ordering steel, being an assistant Project Manager I ensure the delivery of all material on site, booking inspections and to assist the Project Manager in planning out the construction activities accordingly. As the project develops, I have to trace the actual cost relative to the bid for that I keep track of addendums and change orders so that claims can be raised for any variations or additional works.
