Key performance indicators: Out of stock below 2% in a year period. More than 95% of the material’s stock level according to defined inventory policies.Critical Materials: Sugar and CO2 were managed within 1 to 4 days of stock.Scope: the activities below mentioned were executed in a universe of 6 Production Factories + 1 co-packer throughout the country, 8 brands (Pepsi-Cola, 7UP, Lipton, Golden, Yukery, Ad-Rush, Minalba, Gatorade), 105 SKU's, 200 materials and approximately 300 material-locations.• Excel accurate projections of all raw materials requirements in the short, medium and long range to allow operational continuity in all PCV factories.• Procurement of all raw materials of Pepsi-Cola Venezuela to manufacture finished products in factories to guarantee weekly production plans. • Build strong links and frequent communication with various suppliers in order to ensure the availability of all raw materials through negotiations and follow up.• Monitor consumption evolution of all raw materials in order to keep adequate stock levels within the established inventory policies.• Establish and quarterly review of ideal stock levels by material depending on: origin (national or imported), CADIVI importation approvals for each material when no national production, supplier’s production capacities, Expiration time, PCV warehouse capacities, others.• Support marketing strategies, new presentations, quality nutrition recipes updates, new product launches, “In and Outs” and others to allow the correct depletion of the outdated inventory and accomplish channels fill with the new product in the agreed date. Reporting Accounts stand for 75% of total Net Sales.• Develop the Projection Sheet: long range planning business tool that compile seasonal market real demand from all accounts, macro-economic & demographic data, exchange rates and marketing assumptions to forecast forthcoming market’s demand with seasonal analytics. • Weekly Retail Selling Report by Style: produce a seasonal report by hemisphere (North and South) that indicates best sellers, slow movers, Sell-Thru %, weeks of selling for FSS and Department and Stores in order to support Merch Team to select the right assortment for LATAM region based on retail trends and product performance.
