      Chapter CaptainThe heart of Team RWB is the chapter, and the heart of the chapter is the Chapter Captain. These volunteer leaders are the face of Team RWB at the local level and represent our organization to their community. The Chapter Captain is ultimately responsible for the growth and health of the chapter.The Chapter Captain’s primary responsibilities include:Recruiting – The CC will recruit and assemble the chapter staff in accordance with the Team RWB chapter organizational chart.
