      Hired originally as a Junior Accountant, I was promoted to Budget Supervisor, Assistant General Accounting Manager, Manager of Operations Analysis, Manager of Cost Estimating and Operations Analysis and finally Project Manager: Integrated Business Systems Implementation.Led the implementation of a new ERP system across all functional areas, working with middle management in all areas.Created the function of operations analysis to find cost issues and inefficiencies and develop solutions to get those issues under control.Wrote a detailed expense control and budget reporting system in the new software to allow for formal variance analysis on all P & L accountsWorked with operations personnel to develop a working Sales and Operations analysis program that rolled out into financial projections over a two year horizon.Spearheaded a global strategic planning process and meeting to bring key sales input from around the world together to develop strategic and business initiatives looking out 3 years.Initiated a facility re-lamping program that dramatically reduced energy costs while improving the work environment.Participated heavily in quality improvement programs including quality circles and the Philip Crosby quality management program.Automated numerous general ledger journal entries through the new ERP system processes.
