  · When I started at SSK it was just myself and the businesses owner, we were using SketchUp and soon after Solid Edge. I developed an extensive library of parametric models from scratch for reuse as well as developing systems along which the design process was carried out. The kitchens we designed were presented to clients as photo realistic renders. There were also plans and elevations for manufacturers, fitters and joiners to use.· During my time at SSK I won an engineering competition ran by Majenta PLM designed to find the fasted solution to a number of online problems. I won another competition for a render I submitted, created in Solid Edge ERA. I also presented my work and process at a training event.· As this was a small business my job roles were many: joinery, fitting, project management as well as managing the workshop. I also liaised with suppliers, architects, trades and customers to bring a project together. I have developed my practical skills and knowledge as well as maintaining my CAD expertise.   · Technical Consultant for Majenta PLM working in pre and post-sales support for the joinery and engineering industries.· I worked with many different businesses and have learned an extensive amount about how they succeed, but also where they go wrong. It was often my role to work closely with a design team to highlight their inefficiencies and use that information to improve their workflows. · I have worked with various joinery and engineering companies on design contracts. Examples include parametric models, loft conversions designs and interior cement cladding systems. · Working with Siemens PLM software including Solid Edge, Teamcenter, NX and others. My responsibilities include product demonstrations, training, consultancy and customer support.
