  My responsibilities included promoting and supporting our High Performance Team System by researching and developing course materials and training programs based on current leadership and facility needs. Worked with Department Managers, Team Managers, Consulted with Department managers regarding conflict, feedback, and trust and developed classes specific to their needs to promote team health.Other areas include but not limited to: facilitating OSHA required elements and maintaining training documentation for plant associates, assisting with technical training programs and projects, facilitation on Quality, Diversity, Workplace Violence, and the Team Development Cycle. Show less My responsibilities in this role was to coordinate, schedule, and facilitate the New Hire Orientation program for the Contract Division in Cartersville,Ga. During my time in this role, I conducted over 200 weekly and sometimes bi-weekly orientation sessions. Modules covered in program included company benefits and enrollment, I-9 verification, Mancon, safety elements, and company policies. Other opportunities during this role included training employees in Lotus Notes and working on the Ariba Purchasing Software and training users in 8 facilities across north Georgia.I enjoyed serving as a representative on the North West Georgia Consortium and also serving as a liaison with a joint program between our division and North Metro Technical College.
