Founding administrator at Boston Community Leadership Academy (BCLA) inclusion program for "emotionally fragile"​ students (diagnosed with depression, anxiety, suicidal, school phobia, etc) and supervisor of program for autistic students. Founding co-advisor of BCLA's Gender & Sexuality Alliance, co-lead community action seminar on LGBTQA+ issues, serve as resource person for staff and students.
