   In charge for a 4.5 Million ton per annum highly mechanized opencast limestone mine attached to an efficient and modern cement plant of India Planning as well as coordinating and monitoring day to day production and development activities. Managing different grades of ROM by appropriate blending.  Managing waste dump and screen reject dump in such a way that it doesn’t affect the nearby water streams etc.  Coordinating with maintenance department for proper addressing of equipment related issues. Have hand on working with SURPAC mining software for block modeling.  Data Management through SAP .Also worked with ERP system & involved in day to day inter- dept coordination.
