  Noncompliance (Process Efficiency) Team Lead, • Lead and manage process improvement strategy and implementation: leverage lean principles to enhance effective and efficient coordination between multiple offices, solve technical problems, expedite cost recovery, and reduce lengthy legal review and adjudication process. • Identify and resolve system lags by analyzing current and future state models and incorporating process improvement techniques to resolve issues.
