My first aim a Castle is to implement and drive a broader product offering by complimenting our core range of products (tapes, adhesives, packaging and abrasives) with further industrial supplies from key brands within the industry. As well as staffing and team development, I manage our relationships with key suppliers, ensure our compliance with health and safety, ISO etc. I aid the management of key accounts as well as our sales and marketing function internally and externally.
