  CodeSprint is a renowned hackathon series and the first inter-university hackathon organized by a university in Sri Lanka. As the Co-Chair of Industry Engagement for CodeSprint 7.0, my role is to foster collaboration between the event and industry partners. In this capacity, I work to facilitate engagement opportunities, such as sponsorships, mentorship programs, and networking events, that benefit both participants and industry partners. Additionally, I serve as a liaison between CodeSprint and industry partners, developing relationships with them, identifying their needs and objectives, and collaborating with the CodeSprint team to create customized engagement opportunities that align with those needs and objectives. My overall goal is to ensure that CodeSprint 7.0 participants receive valuable support and guidance from industry leaders, enabling them to develop innovative, tech-based startup businesses that meet real-world needs.This 3-month long event involves guidance from professionals representing various top tech companies, who will provide their expertise at each phase of the event to assist the competitors.
