Lead the compaign with Train Operator to improve the reliability of Singapore North-South-East-West Line trains, conceived the forum to systematically review the train performance;The 5min delay MKBF(Mean Kilometers between Failure) is improving steadily through root cause analysis, remedy implementation and potential design improvement. The target to achieve 800,000km MKBF has been set(current 500,000km MKBF).2. Conduct technical review and audit on all the modification work initiated by the train operator to support the above;3. Lead the work process enhancement on the Application for Modification (AFM) process; expedited the approval process from 2 months to 3 weeks.4. Lead the drafting of tender documents of Technical Specification for Jurong Region Line Project for Passenger Train System. The specifications are approved and the tender is opened in Dec 2018. Door System;d). Auxiliary Power Supply System;e). Interface with other contractors, e.g, signalling system;All the design documents are approved on schedule, train manufacturing process is ongoing.2. Participate Investigation of related incidents involving rolling stock on Singapore Existing Train Lines.3. Finalize the post-final Design issue of Singapore Downtown Line(C951). DTL trains are put in revenue service.4. Led the introduction of cutting-edge technology of Automatic Track Inspection System to detect the running rails and the 3rd rail anomalies for DTL trains.
