Global customer support for vibro-acoustic (VA) domain, specialization in:• Turbomachinery unbalance driven noise plus kinematics rattling.• Electric compressors eNVH - simulation methodology creation + team lead in eNVH domain.• Electric powertrain dynamic simulation (SMT Masta, again methodology creation), focus on NVH contribution of all components - high speed motor, gearbox, inverter.• Anechoic / vehicle testing lead. Test logic preparation, execution (SIemens HW) and data processing using either standard Siemens SW (TestLab, TestXpress) or self-developed Matlab codes for sound power calculation and SPL spatial distribution.General work scope focus:• New analytical and test methodologies development and application from component to vehicle level. • Root causes of noise related issues identification and corrective actions drive to address them.• Interface with OEM VA experts for risk assessment, validation plan definition and issue resolution.• Application engineers' partner to provide differentiated support towards VA. Show less New Electric Boosting Products development (eCompressor):• Testing lead including set-up, debugging, test execution, data evaluation and post-processing. - Electric motor, power electronics and overall compressor performance, efficiency, endurance, thermal load tests - Ball bearings endurance and wear - Shaker tests, rotordynamics or SM measurement - balancing - Active use of NI data acquisition hardware (cRIO, cDAQ), Labview projects and VIs, AVL Concerto post-processing. - DVP&R, product validation based on ISO 16750 (mechanical, climatic and endurance tests). • NVH - experiments ISO 3744/3745, simulation using FEA method. ANSYS vibroacoustic simulation coupling electromagnetic load on mechanical structure. First ISO 3745 NVH test done in Honeywell anechoic room for precise sound power level evaluation.• Matlab self postprocessing and automation tool development for noise and vibration raw data: - Vibration and noise advanced spectrograms - Shaft motion orbit plots - Noise source directivity 20+ matlab scripts created for correct raw data evaluation.
