      I was responsible for the daily management and over-seeing of all disciplines within 2 centres. Flexible working arrangements were implemented to allow me to interact with all departments. Some of main responsibilites were analysing and monitoring of customer statistics, managing internal budgets abd preparation of business expenditure reports. Compliance of Health and Safety regulations with risk and area asessments. Training new and exisitng staff to enable all staff to meet the jobs specific needs.       Trade Marketing Manager

      Supporting the Director of Customer Services and Senior Management within the division, this role required me to adopt a flexible working pattern at all times.On a weekly basis I would meet with suppliers to discuss new products and pricing and then decide whether to list these items. As part of the role as Trade Marketing manager I had to ensure I knew what competitors were offering I done this by monitoring their monthly promotions and comparing them to what Belhven was offering both product offering and pricing. I had to write a Sales Activity Brief that was presented to the Sales Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Directors. This brief would detail any Trade Marketing activity that the sales team had to carry out for the following 2 months. I added a section for 'Supplier Information' this had information such as supplier changes, product changes and price changes. Reviewing activity was also essential to measure effectiveness of promotions in order too meet and exceed the customer expectations. Show less
