  Walmart in February...decided to remove the ZMS position from all Walmarts worldwide...the associates who were in those positions could take a Department Manager position or become an Assistant Manager position...I chose to go back to where I started to shine because this department fell apart and I made too big of shoes to fill...I had the department running at 150% before I became a ZMS and I have managed to bring both of the departments up 56% in a 5 month time...my goal is to have it running at 75 to 80% by December...because I am planning to promote to Assistant Manager in January.
