  My main responsibilities were to run test scripts that had been pre-written to match the specification passed by the GUI Development team, execute a suite of manual test cases that exercised the functionality of the tool and to ensure that the automation was set-up to execute throughout the night and over weekends. My other responsibilites included updating and maintaining environments, assisting in testing of other software when required and writing applications to assist in day-to-day work.
