      【2005-2011,and 2014-now】Since I work in this company, I work for analysis about semiconductor.Ultra trace elemental analysis is performed by means of ICPMS (inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry). Defect of wafer surface will interference with moving electron.I measure something that contamination level is 10 power-8th atoms per cm2.I am team leader for the silicon wafer team that is composed of 12 members now.【in 2011-2014】I am work in team for organic- chromatography team.I use several instruments for organic analysis such as GC-MS.For example, the analytical samples were gas, oil, medical, materials for butteries(LIB, FC), and so on.
